Good projects begin with a conversation.

Five pins. California.
Newark is home base. Everything else is within a two-hour drive.
Before you ask.
The questions we answer most often, answered once here. Anything else — reach out.
How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
Within one business day for all inquiries. Investor and EB-5 inquiries are typically answered within four hours during US Pacific business hours.
How does accreditation verification work?
Securities offerings are limited to accredited investors. Confirm your accreditation status on the inquiry form and we will email the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) and subscription documents within one business day.
Can I meet in person rather than on Zoom?
Yes. We meet in person at our Newark, California office and on site at Capitol 101, Filbert Villas, or the Velora communities. Zoom is available for international investors. Coffee is always offered.
Do you refer EB-5 investors to a specific immigration attorney?
We maintain a short list of immigration attorneys we regularly work with and are happy to make introductions, but you are free to select your own counsel. Fremont Developers is not a law firm and does not provide legal or immigration advice.
Will you sign an NDA before sending offering documents?
Offering documents (PPM, subscription agreement, operating agreement) are delivered only after accreditation verification, and the subscription documents themselves contain confidentiality provisions. For preliminary materials — project decks, financial summaries — we can sign a one-page mutual NDA on request.
Does Fremont Developers provide tax or legal advice?
No. We are a real estate development and investment firm. Tax treatment of QOZ, EB-5, and preferred equity investments depends on your individual circumstances. You should engage a qualified CPA, tax attorney, and (for EB-5) immigration attorney before investing.
Or skip the form entirely.
